As one might expect, the walls of the restaurant are covered with decor, art and photographs of the era, particularly planes and pilots of the U.S. Air Force during the 1940s. A hidden gem.Enjoy a relaxing setting in one of our inside dining rooms complete with fireplaces, a touch of jazz music playing throughout, and an incredible view of the airport with taxiing planes and helicopters. If you want to go even further into the 57th experience, head over to our lounge where we have two full bars, a dancefloor, and a large outdoor patio right next to the runway of the airport to get that full feeling of being next to the aircraft. We love Canoe! Food is great, service is spectacular (thank you Chris!) - it just gets REALLY loud if you're next to a table of 9 women who are drunk (in the morning no less), and they just get progressively louder the more drunk they get! Wish people would have a little more consideration for their fellow diners.

Outstanding dinner with friends. Our server, Arty, was excellent, well informed and very professional. I had the pork chop for the first time. Chef recommended medium but I went with medium well and it was perfect for me! So good they tried to remove my plate 3 times but I just tried to eat the whole thing. The accompanying veggies and sauces for the dish were delicious. My guest had the dry aged filet and loved it. From wine to the cognac shrimp appetizer, entrees and vegetables it was a great meal. Love this place.

Went on a Monday and had the$35, 3-course meal. Portions were the perfect size and cooked exactly as ordered. Had the bananas foster pudding for dessert. Don't leave without getting this - it was incredible. Perfect consistency and lighter than you'd expect pudding to be. Love this place!
