- EElliottAtlanta Metro •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoHonestly its the best meal ive had to date in atlanta, and that's saying something after eating at all the ford restaraunts. We tried the new special which was a Filet and Blue Fin Tuna Surf and Turf. UNREAL. The Filet needed no knife and fell apart on my fork. Flavor was fantastic. It actually had the same texture as the delacate and delicious Tuna. Sushi Grade! Then to top all that they put in a lobster sauce with tons of buttery lobster in it. This was the first day this special was on the menu and it was well worth the experience to get. That being said, we started with the SheCrab Soup and we split that since the portion was large. Great entry and we ended with the Blueberry Basil Bread Pudding which was subtle and not too heavy, which was surprising. That Basil was such an awesome little complex addition that works so well with the bread pudding. Start to finish, 5 stars through and through. I would love to come when it’s not a buffet, but the food was still Chef’s kiss.More infoMarcus Bar & GrillePrice: Moderate• American• Old Fourth Ward•4.5
- AAndrewAtlanta Metro •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoDelicious food. Definitely home made goodness. Beautiful presentation in a soft calming atmosphere. Only one little muffin; however as we waited, and got them when I asked what was presented to two other tables. Drinks expensive but not as highly rated. Disappointed with the Bloody Mary. The drink was weak, watery and frankly small for the price. Definitely not worth the price. Did not meet the standards of the meal. Was our first experience. Will return to try other offerings. Pleased with our meals. Dessert size was tiny, but then only ordered one so not sure if it what we ordered or that is the serving size. There was a musician there, but never heard him in the hour and half we were there? !More infoThe Garden RoomPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Buckhead•4.6
