Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. We also have a wood fired oven, where an array of pizzas are cooked, some topped with meatballs, salami's and of course Prosciutto, a range of other plates, like a trio of dips with freshly baked bread, home-made meatballs, home-made gnocchi and many other "Little Tings". We chose the feed me now option, which consisted of 2 small, 2 large and 1 side. Everything was amazing and delicious, especially the Massaman Lamb curry was amazing with melt in your mouth meat. The service was amazing as well, we did not wait long for the food at all and we barely were able to finish a drink before we were asked if we would like more. Best food we had in a while! We will be back!

Nice to see the menu have a few changes, a couple of nice new additions. The calamari was lovely and well received. Service excellent and friendly. A bit noisy with several Christmas work celebrations but ambience always good. Good to have the GF options.

I had the best afternoon, I booked outside even though it was hot, we were placed under the shade (even offered inside). The wait staff were incredible, very quick at taking our orders and bringing them out. Can’t wait to go back.
