They had left us a card for anniversary and all of the staff signed it, it was really sweet. We were so excited about the Wagyu sliders that we forgot to take a picture. The bacon wrapped dates were 10 out of 10 in the boa buns were perfect. The vibe was great and the place was packed. On this visit, we were mired in traffic and I was petrified we would miss our reservation by a long shot. I texted the restaurant and they texted right back with assurances they would save us a seat. What a relief! Every staff member knows the menu and can make recommendations and they kindly checked for food allergies. What a great place to eat when you're in Denver! HIGHLY recommend the tagliatelle!! I sat at the bar, where Caesar waited on me, and he was exceptional. Highly attentive but not over-bearing; he was personable and friendly. I loved the ambiance as well. It should also be said, Caesar went above and beyond, and is an expert in his craft!
