The restaurant clearly has the tasks streamlined in a most efficient way. The food was what we came for and it was excellent. We live in Seattle and it can be a challenge to find good mexican food there so we had hight expectations in Tucson but we were not dissappointed. The ambience was great bith inside and out. We ate outside to a sunset view and the outdoor area was prefectly warm with overhead heating .
