- MMarianneDetroit / Eastern Michigan •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoExceptional! Will definitely be back! The atmosphere is amazing and the menu is vast and delicious! But what made the night was our servers James and Whisper. They took our dining experience to the next level. This is a not to miss restaurant when you are in Nashville!! And the valet parking is a major bonus!!More infoUrban GrubPrice: Expensive• Regional American (Southern)• Waverly / Melrose / Breeze Hill•4.8
- NNatalieNashville •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoAnother fantastic evening at Oak. There was a slight hiccup with one of our entrees but our server and the manager handled everything perfectly! The attention to detail, incredible food, and delicious cocktails all made for a perfect Christmas-time date night! We can’t wait until the next time!More infoOak Steakhouse - NashvillePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• The Gulch•4.6
- DDavidDenver / Colorado •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoGreat atmosphere, impeccable service. The food wasn’t the best steakhouse I’ve ever been too- but wasn’t bad. The shrimp cocktail was fresh, the cocktails were good- might have been better for a spot like this to have a mixologist on staff. The bread was amazing- however the truffle butter was over powering. Ordered a burger, bun was cheap- need to step up the bun and cheese game. The fries weren’t fresh cut, no onion rings on the menu- this is a steak house! In my party we ordered 2 different steaks and two sides. Corn bread wasn’t done all the way though, was soggy and underdone in center, creamed spinach was served in a small square bowl slopped on the side. Minor presentation things to work on. The salads we ordered weren’t show stoppers bacon bits from the freezer not lardons tossed in an abundance of dressing- instead of served on the side. Ordered the Freddie and the wedge. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great- but this spot didn’t earn my seal of approval to return or send people their way.More infoJeff Ruby's Steakhouse - NashvillePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.9
- DDeeAnnVIPSan Diego •30 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThis place is a very special dining experience. Nowhere can you find a spot with live jazz and mellow music in the middle of the dining room. This type of thing seems like a bygone era but not at the Scull. Stepping inside is like entering an alternate universe with old brick walls, creaking wood floors and upscale dining in an environment that is unique and beyond explanation. The menu offers many options, and pricing is high, but you are paying for an experience and atmosphere that is priceless. We made a reservation and visited the week before Christmas so the musical entertainers played a variety of holiday songs along with old world favorites from the likes of Frand Sinatra to Johnny Cash. I can't say enough good things about this place other than to say you must go and see for yourself.More infoSkull's Rainbow RoomPrice: Expensive• French / American• Downtown•4.8
- AAnnNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe food was delicious. Lobster roll was market value, $36 that day for a hot dog sized roll with a side of chips. It was very good though. The Southampton Pizza was very flavorful, as was the New England clam chowder. Best chowder next to what we’ve had in Boston. It’s a little loud in the restaurant. But not obnoxious. The majority of the Christmas decorations (if you’re coming to see those because you saw it on social media) are on the rooftop level. The rest of the restaurant is regular ambiance. Very friendly service. I would go back.More infoThe Hampton Social - NashvillePrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.7
