Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Mission Beach

We expected a higher level of dining for the prices. The overall feel was a small step up from a casual burger place but at more than twice the price. Our server Audrey was incredibly friendly although overbusy. They did kindly seat us early (30 min before our reservation). Food was good (we ordered two kids’ meals, 2 harpoon combinations, 1 swordfish, and 1 lobster ravioli). Loved the calamari appetizer. Overall, it was fine but not outstanding.

Wonderful location over looking the ocean. Fish tacos were amazing. Barbecued chicken salad was a hit as well. Had a table by the glass wall looking out over the bay. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive Definitely will come back.

Went to celebrate girlfriend's Birthday and exceeded expectations. Food was delicious, atmosphere was prefect, sat outside with the heaters and was comfortable. Desiree was awesome! Took great care of us and treated us like family. Highly recommend for special occasions or date night.

The best dining experience of our lives. My wife and I are quite the foodies. We were celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary and when booking the reservation I noted it. Upon arriving we were greeted with the wait staff wishing us a happy anniversary and having rose petals spread across our table. We started the evening with a half dozen or assorted oysters, BY FAR THE. BEST WE HAVE EVER EATEN. Literally melted in our mouths. Continued our evening with the crab cake which was also booming with flavor and extremely creamy. We both ordered the 10oz filet & 7oz lobster tail for our entrees. The filet was incredible and once again the lobster tail was BY FAR the best of our lives. Never had lobster just fall apart as soon as you bite into it. We shared the truffle Mac and cheese and wow, just incredible. We were given a small portion of their famous bananas foster and butter pecan ice cream on the house, once again the textures and flavors were just incredible. Finished our evening with a couple espresso martinis that were just right. Already planning our next visit and can’t thank Eddie V’s enough!

We had an amazing lunch with an exceptional service. The food was just out of this world, the Whole Roasted Branzino the best, but if you look for pasta or pizza we tried the Bucatini Alla Amatriciana and the Italian Meat Pizza, both were espectacular… This restaurant is a must in San Diego/La Jolla.
