Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Ocean Beach

From the moment we walked in the hostess was amazing. She accommodated our early arrival and was super helpful in getting us seated at the bar, while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Our waitress in the bar, Erica, recommended happy hour drinks, and was super kind and welcoming! Our waiter, when our whole party arrived and was seated for dinner, Jacob, was also very kind and patient with our large group. We will certainly be back, as this is a staple restaurant whenever we’re in the San Diego area.

Great food at reasonable prices. Good service, floor was a bit cold initially but we eventually got used to it.

very nice! overall 5 stars bc there’s nothing bad, but it’s not like uniquely special. the food was great and my family and i have no complaints!

So happy we found our favorite restaurant to celebrate Christmas since our family is away. The buffet is the best. We had great service. It didn’t feel packed. Great they have outside eating. Prime rib was delicious:-)

Simply put, one of the best meals I have had the privilege of enjoying! Delightful server, Calvin, was very in tune with the timing of our meal and our needs. The fixed menu was perfect for Christmas Eve, as it kept the meal flowing and decision-making to a minimum. Every course was delectable from the scallop crudo, the creamed mushrooms, and the sea bass, to the date cake with walnut ice cream! Mezcal hibiscus cocktail was creative and tasty, as well! I will definitely be back!
