Celebrated a nice birthday dinner on a week day. Definitely a more relaxed atmosphere during the week than a typical busy weekend. Service is excellent with an appropriate balance of attentiveness and perfectly paced meal. Cocktails are fantastic with some great choices. Salads were very good. My beet salad had a little too much salt and the arugula was past peak freshness but otherwise everything was very nice. Great wine selections and steaks were excellent.

ANOTHER GREAT MEAL AT FIREBIRDS IN COLLEGEVILLE!! WE LOVE THIS RESTAURANT AND ITS STAFF! WE GIVE IT FIVE STARS CONSISTENTLY! EVERY MEAL COOKED TO PERFECTION! WE ESPECIALLY LOVE THE WOOD GRILLED SALMON WITH ITS SMOKY FLAVOR AND ITS PAIRING OF FRESH VEGETABLES! ITS TRULY A CULINARY DELIGHT! THE STAFF IS TOP SHELF PROMPT WITH SERVICES AND THE MANAGER TOM IS DELIGHTFUL AS HE STOPS BY THE TABLE TO CHECK ON THE LEVEL OF SERVICE! YOU CAN SEE HE REALLY CARES ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE AND THE STAFF OVERALL IS JUST PROFESSIONAL AND SEEM GENUINELY HAPPY! WHAT A GREAT 5 STAR RESTAURANT! WE WILL MAKE THIS A REGULAR STOP! Honestly.. It was one of the first upscale restaurants I’ve been to, I can’t usually justify the huge price tag that comes with a meal for two. However, I had a baby 5 months ago & I felt we deserved the experience, having a night out to ourselves. It was superb. We had the Caesar, the cheese board, rolls, cornbread, Brussels, and risotto. The entrees sounded good but not necessarily what we were looking for. They made sure we were finished with our first appetizer course, its dishes, and even the table was wiped off between courses. The cocktails were moderately priced, the food prices were average for the atmosphere, and service was excellent - we had Eduardo as our server. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our lunch very much. We didn’t realize that they were serving brunch only until our server informed us, but there was a nice selection to choose from. Our server was great! She didn’t rush us, but did remind us when it was getting close to the buffet shutting down. She also kept our coffee and tea cups filled.
