Best Hot Spot Restaurants in West Newton

I eat lunch there today and have the steak tips which were marvelously, tender and delicious. I was only sad and that there was no choice of sides and it only came with french fries which I was trying very hard to avoid, and would much rather have had a vegetable option

Couldn’t have been happier with the food and service. The crab cakes were…crabby..with a light crispy outside. The French onion soup was classic, and the steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The chocolate chip cookies, like the steak, were cooked medium but with a chewy crust. It was money well spent.

Fantastic experience all around! Bang bang shrimp appetizer was fantastic, as were the braised short ribs over mushroom risotto with asparagus. Bartender was friendly and on top of things, as was the service once we were seated at our table. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location while waiting for someone attending a concert at Road Runner. Good food, great service, nice atmosphere.

We ordered le steak frites which were excellent. The steak was deliciously seasoned and cooked exactly per our request. Should you choose to eat french fries, this is the place to thoroughly indulge and savor each delectable bite--they are well salted and texture perfect. Watercress and nickeled red onions are terrific--allowing to you say you chose this entree for the salad--haha! Our server was delightful and informative; attentive without being intrusive. Additionally, there was a terrific woman who helped us with parking meter because there was 5 feet of snow and we couldn't get near the meter. I think what is most nice is the genuine welcome feeling we experienced upon entering--like they're actually happy to have clients and want you to have a delightful evening.
