The food is delicious from the pasta diavolo vodka and chicken parm. Big portions that guarantee your going home with a box. Great selection of wine, the red Tuscany wine we tried has become a family favorite. Staff bringing the dishes are very nice and on top of your empty water, bread refill and empty plate cleanup. The owner engaged with us which was a nice touch. The one thing that would help is better descriptions of the ingredients and prep in each menu item so that guests have a better idea of what they’re ordering. My husband ordered a dish he frequently chooses at other Chinese restaurants, and the prep and ingredients at PL8 were much different than what he was expecting.
