Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Dundas

Our family of four had a great time. We went for lunch and the food was delicious. Great service. We will come back again, there are many more items on the menu we would like to try.

Great food, great service and the restaurant is very unique. The only thing we enjoyed a little less this time was that the noise level was high in the section where we were sitting. This will not keep us from going back though.

It was our first visit to Trattoria Timone but it definitely will not be our last. Our server, Alexander, was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. The caesar salad has just the right amount of garlic. We shared it and it was brought to us in two separate bowls; a nice touch. The dinner rolls were warm when they were brought to our table. Mmm, so good. I ordered the Fettuccine with smoked chicken and alfredo sauce. It is a huge portion which I could only finish about half so I will enjoy the rest at home. No complaints there; it was delicious. My partner had the sample platter which included a lamb chop, a steak and grilled shrimp with mashed potatoes and vegies. I enjoyed his steak and he enjoyed the rest of his dinner. Oh, we also had bruschetta which was excellent. The tomato and basil were flavourful and delicious. I can't wait to return there even though it's a 30 minute drive from home.

An amazing experience - food and service was top notch. Our server Ursula was fantastic and one of the reasons we make the drive. The Baton Rouge in Oakville ensures the food is exactly as ordered. If there’s ever any concerns, they fix it with no problems. I can not recommend enough this restaurant for a large family event. Thank you Ursula for making sure we have a wonderful experience. We continue to return because of the food and especially Our service with Ursula!!

We had an excellent meal at Cucci. We ordered the spaghetti with duck confit, penne with beef ragu and the short rib. All were absolutely delicious. The Ripasso Italian wine was perfect and the service was very friendly and professional. The ambiance was charming as always. We are so glad that Cucci is open on Christmas Eve !!
