Last year we had such a good meal we made sure to return this time and were not disappointed! The food is amazing, and coming from Texas we know good Mexican food! Our server, Brendan?, was the best server we have had at any restaurant ever. Knew the menu, knew how to describe the items, genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meal and cared about our experience. He also had perfect timing for when to stop by the table and when to wait. If you are in Fort Collins you HAVE to go here. And try the pork belly tacos!!!! The food, the service, the special care they take in making sure it’s an amazing experience even from the time we make a reservation. They always ask if we are celebrating a special occasion. Last night was our daughters birthday, but she didn’t want the attention on her so she said we were just having dinner. Well, they treat you as if you’re celebrating even when they don’t know you are!! Best steaks anywhere, cooked to perfection, best wedge salad anywhere and you’ve got to try the crispy red potatoes, which are our favorite.
