We are an eclectic Los Angeles restaurant, located in Koreatown, heralded for its creativity and genre-defying cuisine. Their first restaurant together, owners Lien Ta and Chef Jonathan Whitener opened Here's Looking At You in 2016. Named a "Restaurant of the Year" by Food & Wine Magazine and one of Eater National's "38 Most Essential Restaurants," HLAY was also the subject of author Patric Kuh's "Becoming a Restaurateur." After four magical years as a small independent restaurant, COVID-19 would force its forever closure. But 17 months later, fate would have it that the community would come together to help resurrect this very special restaurant. Thanks to you, Here's Looking At You is back.

Absolutely fantastic. It was a thanksgiving pre fixe which in past experiences in other restaurants has always been mediocre. This was not the case. Everything was perfect including the wine pairing. Initially, we were bummed it wasn’t the normal menu since we had never dined here before but my fiance and I both agreed we were happy it ended up the way it did. 10/10. Staff were excellent and attentive. They read all the queues perfectly and showcased lots of knowledge in all categories. Go here. You will not be disappointed.

We got there before our reservation & was seated after everyone in our party of 6 arrived. Everything from appetizers to main courses & desserts were super delicious. Our guests from out of town were not disappointed. They were glad to experience Bestia. It lived out to the great reviews.

Food and ambiance at M&F outstanding as ever. (I do wish they'd heat the bread, tho.) But this trip they outdid themselves in service. My dear companion now uses a cane and walks quite slowly. The valet noticed and actually drove him around to the front door where I met them having come down the stairs and secured our reservation. On leaving a member of wait staff lead him out a side door to the curb while I brought the car around. They made the night of my dear's birthday even more wonderful than just the dinner. This is old style service, above and beyond. Three cheers for Musso & Franks.
