Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Manotick

Overall, the food was good but I ordered a filet mignon that was not cooked properly. Ordinarily, I would not complain about that but it has happened in our last visit as wel so this is the reason I am given them a 3 for the quality of the food as my steak was blue instead of medium rare.

A superb Greek-dining experience… all the top hits and all the top flavours. Cocktail list is a “hidden gem” very impressive and well curated. Loud, energetic environment, as you would expect (and appreciate). Food was seriously good-seafood trio with flavour-packed tiger shrimp, charred octopus and superbly grilled calamari was impressive.

Dining at the Social was a delicious, warm, comfortable evening out. The informative, responsive service, spacious table placements and comfortable music created an intimate ambience. The flavour of the food was as artistically created as its presentation. We made a great choice!

We are long time fans of Gezellig (including take-out during the pandemic). We consider their lunch/brunch the best deal in town. Amazing food, good prices, wonderful ambiance. BTW - The young man serving us went out of his way to describe the dishes in French which was much appreciated by my sister and brother in law visiting from Montreal.

An amazing experience overall. Bar seats with attentive and informative service with Quinn. Superbly crafted cocktails made with slight adjustments to meet our tastes. The menu is limited but offers amazing tastes for every palate. Plates are shareable, food is expertly prepared and delicious. Butternut squash mezzaluna steals the show!
