Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Prince Edward County

Tomasso’s never disappoints. We moved away 30 years ago when it was still Jim’s but try to visit the restaurant when we come back to the area. Expectations are always met. The food is great and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

We had such a lovely evening at Aqua Terra. The food was outstanding! Salad so interesting, with just the right amount of dressing, tender red beets - they even divided it into two plates for us to share. The mains were amazing, meat super tender, and again such an interesting combo with vegetables (I had chicken with Brussel sprouts, pumpkin puree and crunchy pickled onions). Dessert equally yummy and everything so beautifully presented. Hope to be back soon!

This is my favorite restaurant in Kingston, where there is no shortage in dining options. I eat here fairly regularly since moving to Kingston in 2010 and have always received fantastic service, friendly staff and delicious food. This is the place to eat if you want a steak or prime rib cooked the way you enjoy it.

We dined at the Lone Star Grill in Kingston, Ontario for $59.99. We had the 7 oz Top Sirloin Steak, and it was cooked 100 percent right. The broccoli was warm but good. Amazing food and service! Our server was Alabama, and she did an amazing job from start to finish. She recommended the guacamole; she mixed the ingredients right in front of us, taking her time to explain each one. She did multiple quality checks and ensured our drinks were always full. 100% worth the tip we left, and she made our date night memorable. Thank you again, and Merry Christmas!

Overall, a great dining experience. We will be back!
