They estimate 2.5-3 hours and time flew by. Beautiful setting in or out. The service was fantastic, staff was knowledgable about the dishes, the history of the farmhouse and the farm. We were offered a tour of the kitchen and I could've watched the chefs all night - it's like watching an artist. I've had Quiescence on my list to visit for several years and I am so glad we were finally able to make it happen. And, the change of times where people really don't go to malls any more really showed. Many open tables. The ladies bathroom was a fall hazard in two stalls where the floor drain was located. Broken and missing tiles in the slanted floor. Generally the bathroom felt unclean. Our server Chris was top notch! We had many questions because a secondary menu did not have price listings for the items ordered. Chris had to go ask management for exact prices. Chris was funny, attentive, and more than willing to help us work anything we asked or needed. The food was very good!
