Le Charley's Steak House, établi en Floride depuis 1974, est la propriété de la famille Woodsby. Le Charley's ne sert que du bouvillon Angus de 3 ans primé USDA, vieilli de 4 à 6 semaines pour obtenir tendreté et saveur. Les steaks sont coupés le jour même à la main afin de toujours offrir la meilleure qualité.
