- JJacquelineCharlotte •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoServer was very personable and checked on us at regular intervals. The other staff were nice as well. (We had brunch which was a buffet). I don’t typically care for buffets, but the lines were short or non-existant. It was a plentiful buffet with a nice variety (I don’t eat meat) and some of the vegetables were seasoned with meat, but that was fine for my companions. Fresh made waffles and omelettes were delicious, as was all the food, but I love waffles. My husband enjoyed the prime rib center cut. Choice of beverages but I opted for the standard Mimosa. One over zealous sports enthusiast was too noisy but otherwise nice ambiance complemented by a lovely sounding musical duo. All in all it was an excellent afternoon. The brunch crowd was a laid back, friendly group. Note: The restaurant fees that you see in DC are showing up in the burbs now so be prepared for about $30 of those. If you have cash you can negate some of that.More infoThe Blackwall Barn and Lodge gambrillsPrice: Moderate• Farm-to-table• Gambrills•4.7
- MMelikaWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoYesterday I dined at Huncho House and it was an AMAZING experience. You are greeted with a glass of champagne. The hostess were all very warm and polite. The food and drinks were anazing as well. I will definitely be back and will share my experience with others. Our waiter was Josiah and that young man was on his job! He gave us meal suggestions and was extremely attentive to us.More infoHuncho HousePrice: Very Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Hyattsville•4.5

- MMichelleWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoMy 1st intro was the hostess. I was running a bit late. I called to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. Hostess was most gracious. Upon arrival hostess offered me a table & asked if it was ok. I requested another table. The cleaned the table immediately & Sat me. Our waiter's name was Gee, however there was another server that assisted, Leonel pronounced Lay-o-nel. Both young men were very accommodating, friendly, & knowledgeable about the menu. They were absolutely WONDERFUL!! I was extremely impressed with the food & drink. I'll definitely be going back!!!More infoThe Breakfast ClubPrice: Expensive• American• Silver Spring•4.2
