We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

The food was delicious. I had a chicken dish flavored with a lemon sauce and served on top of pasta. My wife had the lasagna and garlic cheese bread. It was a perfect restaurant choice for dinner and service was great.

Beautiful restaurant. Excellent service. The food was phenomenal! Our entrees were prime ribeye and filet stroganoff. So delicious! The desserts were creme brûlée and the most decadent chocolate truffle! It is not cheap but we didn’t expect food of this caliber to be inexpensive.

We had a party of 9 and were seated comfortably in the Blue Room at a low seating table. I am a Celiac and had a caeser salad, gluten free bread and the Fig and Pig gluten free pizza. All were excellent and chef/owner Eric Brenner brought some of our plates to our table personally. Our waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. We all ordered something different for our entrees and everyone was happy and satisfied. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We would recommend going to this restaurant and we will go back to visit ourselves.

I decided to try this new restaurant in the northern part of Colorado Springs based on an ad I saw. The server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were there for lunch and both of us enjoyed a very delicious Italian roast beef sandwich. It was tender and flavorful. For dessert I had tiramisu, one of the best I’ve ever had. Being a westsider, I just wish this restaurant wasn’t so far away from home. Parking could become a problem if the complex gets busy.
