Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Edison Park

Maya is consistently wonderful...we have been dining here since it first opened its doors and it's great to see that the kitchen has preserved its same fine quality and delicious favorite dishes. The marinated brisket-topped nachos are a MUST...once you try these, you will never again accept Velveeta-topped salty tortilla chips. Also consider a stand-out carne asada cooked to your preferred doneness...and excellent burger!

One of my faves ! Always good and always consistent! I did feel bad for the server. She was the bartender and the server for lunch. And it was very busy. She did a great job ! Calamari is so good and the stuffed artichoke is great ! The meatball salad is my favorite!!

Amazing atmosphere, great selection of local and Czech food, and welcoming staff members. Some waitresses were not as knowledgeable about the food ingredients and beverage as I would expect. Overall, we had a good time and we would come back again.

AMAZING!! I very rarely complete a review. In this case, I JUMPED at the opportunity! The pasta and lamb were outstanding, and the baked calamari appetizer was to die for, especially loved the red sauce! We had a chance to meet the owner, Christopher, who couldn’t have been more pleased that we REALLY enjoyed our experience. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUR NEW GO TO RESTAURANT IN THE LOGAN SQUARE AREA, IF NOT FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN CHICAGO!
