I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. Moved away from West Boca 6+ years ago and haven't been to Patrino's since, till last night. The remodeled restaurant adds to the wonderful food plus service. Best skirt steak in Boca/Delray. 15 minutes from home in West Boynton/Delray. Will be back more frequently.

We are new to south Florida and heard amazing things. We enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner last night and the food was amazing (10/10). Had the salmon, swordfish and warm water lobster. Beautiful location, fantastic wait staff, and bar tenders. The tarpon were an added bonus- gigantic!

It was our first time in this restaurant and I loved it. It exceeded my expectations. I took my husband to celebrate his birthday with a beautiful dinner and I was looking for an Italian restaurant, elegant, clean, quiet, with a pleasant atmosphere and this was a great experience. Classic dinning. Not stuffy or pretentious but instead more similar to being a dinner guest in a friend's home. Food is always great. Been eating here for 30 yrs although an older standblishennt, it is not dated in decor or ambiance or menu offerings, service has always been friendly professional.
