I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. They are on top of their game and it shows. The menu is a superlative exploration of the chef's Italian Riviera background. It relies heavily on locally caught seafood and light (almost simplistic) compositions that skillfully accent the flavors of the high quality ingredients… Paradiso absolutely earned its stars. Not because of the meticulously clean and organized restaurant, nor the expert service, or even the amazing food and drink.     Our first time here, celebrating our anniversary. They acknowledged our celebration in a very special way, making it even more special for us. We had an outside table, out front. Although it is adjoining the parking lot, they have created privacy and charming ambience with plants and lighting. Our server, Tara, was pleasant, attentive, and timely. Menu had good variety and much to choose from. Appetizers were delicious and entrees were flavorful, with generous serving sizes. We finished with a complimentary dessert that was outstanding, but difficult to choose. There were about 10 desserts offered, each one sounding more tempting than the last. Overall, a great new restaurant for us, and we are sure to be back soon!
