A "Love Letter to Florida". Inspired by the farmers, fishermen and ranchers, chefs Evan Burgess and Osmel Gonzalez pay homage to the beautiful products found in the Sunshine State.
The concept pays homage to biodiversity and foods from around the world with a specialty on wood-fired flavors. The modern, yet rustic restaurant will feature an extensive bar program that includes, deliciously crafted cocktails, an eclectic wine list and a variety of beers, including crafted, local and imported. The industrial chic space is full of greenery and gorgeous decor with a glass wine cellar and rustic chairs that complement its deep yellow and grey accent walls. The dimly-lit, spacious and inviting bar is decorated with refurbished wood, and blurs the boundaries of an indoor and outdoor bar, making it an ideal space for private events and special occasions of all sizes, such as birthdays, anniversaries and rehearsal dinners.

We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too.
