Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Montrose

Fantastic, Festive, Fun, Unique, and Christmas! The Castaway has created my new favorite place. We had 13 of us and our friends were so pleased with the ambience, the very unique cocktails with Great Presentations, the exceptional food which was quality and tasty and hot, and the attentive servers were always available but never hovering. Thanks so much! We will back Very Soon in the New Year!

The waiter, Hayk, provided us with exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, always on his feet, and never idle like some other staff. He was constantly moving around, ensuring every guest was enjoying their experience. His recommendations were spot on, and his dedication truly stood out. Hayk’s hard work and professionalism make Katsin a better place to dine. He’s an asset to the team!

I had never been to this restaurant. We were atending a play a few blocks away and this restaurant looked very interesting. We were so pleased with our choice! We were welcomed very warmly and shown our table. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely marvelous! We only wished we lived closer so that we could go to this restaurant regularly. But we live almost 2 hours away during rush-hour and it would be difficult.

Visited Bourbon Steak for a holiday business meal with colleagues from NYC, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The location itself is a visual treat, embodying the elegance of Americana, and my colleagues were genuinely taken aback by its beauty and the vibrant atmosphere. A big shoutout to Rick Caruso for creating such an enchanting space. The meal was flawless - every course was prepared to perfection. Definitely planning to return for another unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended! Best side, Truffle Mac n Cheese.

My three great friends and I met a Sugarbird to celebrate a Christmas tea, and it couldn’t have been nicer. The outdoor seating area feels like a little room with the umbrellas and the pretty tables. We were lucky to have cool but not cold weather, and were prepared to sit outside, so being in the sun added to the feeling of enjoying a backyard tea. The scones were outstanding, particularly the blueberry lemon, and the feta chive. All the sandwiches were beautifully prepared and the sweets were fantastic as well. Our servers took such good care of us and gave us plenty time and space to enjoy each other without rushing at all. This is a yearly tradition for us and we all agreed it was one the loveliest times we’ve had together. Keep it up, Sugarbird! P.S, they have scones to go, and you can also get frozen ones to take home and bake. Certainly did that!!
