- TTerranVIPBaltimore / Maryland •2 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoThis was my first time visiting and it had a nice relaxed atmosphere. I was the first customer to arrive for the evening. It wasn't very busy due to the recent snow. My biggest issue was service. Although not very busy, the food came out at a slow pace. We ordered the oysters as a starter and a couple of cocktails. It was probably 15 to 20 minutes before getting our drinks. The oysters took a little while as well. However, they were delicious once they arrived. Once the entrees finally arrived, my companion was missing their entree. A waitress came by and asked what they ordered and made an excuse and that it would be coming right away. Thankfully, we ordered the macaroni and cheese and brussel sprouts sides. The macaroni and cheese was tasty, but the topping was a little burnt. It was at least another 20 minutes with no entree, when we finally asked the manager to just send it back and we were done. She said she would bring it out and take the charge off. That was the last we saw of her. Finally a server brought the order of scallops and risotto after I had finished my entree. The risotto was rushed, liquidy, and inedible. The manager never stopped back by to check to see how we were doing. No one apologized for the missing order. It took almost 2 hours total to get all of our food.. Like I said previously, it was it wasn't a very busy evening and I was the first to arrive. We couldn't enjoy our meals together and put a damper on the evening. There are no prices on the cocktails. I personally thought they were a little overpriced for what you got. They were tasty, but weak. Expect to pay $20 and above for each drink.More infoHuncho HousePrice: Very Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Hyattsville•4.4
- JJenniferWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoThe wait staff was amazing. Our server was attentive and very accommodating. The restaurant was wonderfully decorated in colonial decor and was clean and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious but the portion sizes were a bit small for the price. Overall we were very pleased with our dining experience.More infoMount Vernon Inn RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Alexandria•4.6

- AAmyVIPBaltimore / Maryland •42 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 28, 2024We had a wonderful dining experience at the T! The holiday decor was warm and inviting. Susan, our server, was professional and accommodating. The hostess/runner, Madison, is always courteous and friendly, as is Lisa on the staff. The chef and the culinary team provided us with delectable appetizers and main courses. The pea soup was creamy and sweet. The duck and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. The fresh brewed iced tea was delicious. What a wonderful gem in our community! More infot at The General StorePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• St Michaels / Tilghman Island•4.8
- TTiffanieWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 28, 2024We’ve been to Huncho House a couple times and wanted to visit 1123. I love both, but the full service bar at 1123 is an added bonus. Sushi lovers would love this place. I had the fish and grints and the left overs are delic still! The chocolate cake was for dessert, delic as well. I’m moving out the area but when in town will return! Note, I am vegetarian, occasionally pescatarian when I eat out, no vegan options, but I came also for the amazing ambiance. Our waitress was Faith, loved her personality and she allowed me to hold some items to the side and customize my food a little. I didn’t ask for much. The flavors was on point!More info1123 By Chef TobiasPrice: Very Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Hyattsville•4.6
