From the moment you step through the grand entrance, you're transported to a realm of classic Italian elegance, where every detail is meticulously curated to create an unforgettable dining experience. Let's start with the ambiance. It's a symphony of warm lighting, plush seating, and the gentle hum of contented conversation. The space is expansive yet manages to feel intimate, a testament to its thoughtful design. It's the perfect backdrop for a special occasion, a romantic dinner, or even a sophisticated business meeting. Now, the food. Oh, the food! Il Villaggio delivers culinary artistry with every plate. The menu is a love letter to authentic Italian cuisine, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared with passion and precision. The seafood is impeccably fresh, the pasta is cooked to al dente perfection, and the meat dishes are melt-in-your-mouth tender. I was particularly impressed with the: * Fresh Seafood: The quality was undeniable, and the preparations were both classic and innovative. * Homemade Pasta: Each strand was a testament to the skill of the chefs, with sauces that were rich and flavorful. * Desserts: Do not leave without trying one of their desserts. They are amazing. But what truly sets Il Villaggio apart is the service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. They anticipate your needs before you even realize them, creating a seamless and luxurious dining journey. Il Villaggio is more than just a meal; it's an indulgence. It's a place where you can escape the ordinary and immerse yourself in the beauty and flavor of authentic Italian hospitality. - LLaShaPhiladelphia County •7 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 17, 2025My partner and I recently visited Nami Nori for the first time, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy feel. One of the biggest highlights for me was that the entire menu is gluten free, which is such a rare and wonderful find! The food was nothing short of exceptional—each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with fresh, well-balanced flavors. The signature temaki (hand rolls) were the perfect combination of crispy nori, perfectly seasoned rice, and high-quality fillings. Every bite was a delight! The service was also outstanding. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and happy to offer recommendations. You can tell they genuinely care about the dining experience and take pride in what they do. Whether you’re gluten-free or not, Nami Nori is an absolute must-visit. We can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu! Highly recommend.More infoNami Nori - MontclairPrice: Expensive• Japanese• Montclair•4.8

I’ve never had a bad meal here. The scallops I had last night were the best I’ve ever eaten. Service and meal presentation are spot on. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to this fav restaurant.More infoLaboratorio KitchenPrice: Moderate• Italian• Montclair•4.8

This place is so worth the distance! Some of the best Greek food I ever had and I grew up in Astoria before moving to Brooklyn. Spinach pie is lien made by grandma. All seafood is tender and flavorful. Lemon potatoes are the best I ever had as well along with all the sides. Cocktails are well balanced and delicious. Service is friendly and welcoming. We keep saying we may try a new place but we just can’t because This place is soooooo perfect.More infoAliada RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Greek• Astoria•4.9
