Au menu vous trouverez poulet frit, pain de viande, calamars frits et beignets de crabe, le tout fait sans gluten. De plus, les seules huiles utilisées dans l'ensemble des préparations sont l'huile de canola ou l'huile d'olive. Les autres favoris de la carte comprennent entre autres : œufs mimosa, sauté de crevettes, tomates vertes frites, salade de betteraves chaude, rôti de filet de porc avec crème à la moutarde de Dijon, gruau de maïs aux crevettes et penne à l'andouille et aux crevettes.
