Hiro 88 est un restaurant pan-asiatique haut de gamme du nouveau Canopy Street situé dans le Hay Market à Lincoln. Le restaurant sert parmi les meilleurs sushis de Lincoln ainsi que de la nourriture chinoise reconnue qui saura plaire à tous les palais. Hiro 88 possède une vaste sélection de saké, de vin, de bière et de spiritueux. Le restaurant peut accueillir jusqu'à 25 personnes dans sa salle privée et a déjà abrité des événements allant de soupers de répétition à des présentations pharmaceutiques. En plus de la salle à manger et du salon, il y a également deux grandes terrasses. Le service complet de nourriture et de boisson est effectué sur les deux terrasses.
