I hosted a small bridal tea for a dear friend’s daughter, my friend and my daughter..We thoroughly enjoyed our Tea experience….the teas were so good…as were the baked goods and pastries..with more than enough to make us quite full and bring some home for later..the service was excellent..the bride to be felt very special…that was my goal! We want to thank you for creating a lovely atmosphere S.Gluck

Always enjoy my experiences at TWS! We specifically went for the $2 oysters. Karl are server was lovely, one of our appetizers got overlooked and he was very apologetic and kind enough to bring us a bit of extra wine while we waited for it to come out. Everything tasted great! Definitely will be back

Quaint and welcome escape from shopping in "Canada's premier shopping mall", Yorkdale, although we did not go there for the shopping - just the tea. The price we paid was for two people, and so was the food - about half per person of what you get in a 'proper' tea. But the glass of champagne and the couple of items we added at extra cost made up for it, and overall it was still good value. Quiet too, which we liked, and the service was prompt but unobtrusive, which we also liked. The teas we chose were French, not English, although still based on black tea; the flavours though were clearly French, very floral and sweet (not to be confused with sugary), and they needed no milk or cream. Overall a very pleasant experience; we would go again.

It is great to see Little Mushroom have an eat-in option, it is a little location in an industrial park. The food there is very good. The afternoon tea selection is heavy on desserts, had some unexpected items for tea (which could be a plus or minus, depending on whether you like them), and were missing some favourites like cucumber sandwiches. The clotted cream was good, with excellent scones. The tea selection as comprehensive. Worth checking out.
