The Huma Room on the second floor features half of a black 1973 Cadillac Fleetwood mounted behind the wall and an outdoor patio. Located on Woodward Ave, it's easy to jump on the QLine or walk down to Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, or Ford Field. HopCat was founded on the principles of bringing local craft beer a bit closer to the communities we love. We’re known for our award-wining Cosmik fries, which are beer battered, sprinkled with our signature cracked black pepper seasoning, and served with a side of warm cheese sauce. From burgers to tacos, our menu offers a range of delicious options. We live the craft lifestyle - beer, cocktails and even craft food made from scratch. With a dedication to local breweries, sustainability and community engagement, HopCat offers craft beer and great food in a vibrant atmosphere for an inclusive, unforgettable experience.

Marvin is an amazing server, he is personable, his timing is impeccable, and you can never go wrong with his recommendations. Our appetizers and entrees were flawless and I highly recommended the mushroom ravioli. The only suggestion we have for improvement is the cocktail list. The bartenders were both very friendly, they did a great job executing the cocktails on their list, but the cocktail list is vodka heavy and seems straight out of the late nineties early 2000s. The art of cocktails has involved past mules and 15 flavors of vodka “martinis” and their list would benefit from expanding or at least having the ingredients to cover classics from the IBA list.

I took my husband to Sugar Factory for his birthday. It was both of our first time there. Our server recommended the ribeye steak that is not on the menu, but it did not disappoint! It was the largest ribeye I have ever eaten. The drinks were potent. And the birthday dessert had the best ice cream that I’ve have tasted in a very long time. I jokingly call my husband a ‘food snob’ because he is very critical about all restaurant food. He was extremely happy with everything that we were served. The staff even did the Soak City dance for a large party. We had a great time. Thank you Sugar Factory for a wonderful evening.

Pinky’s Rooftop is a cute spot with the girls. They’re good if you’re grabbing drinks or dinner. But they don’t have a variety of brunch items if you’re vegetarian. I had the nachos and was slightly disappointed.
