Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished.     Absolutely LOVED the Sunday dining service with elegant piano player. The gentleman played hit songs the audience were all familiar with. The decorative theme and ambiance was vintage. The food presentation was just as delicious as it looks in my photos.. I tried something NEW! Our tastebuds were pleasantly impressed! Great place for food and classy entertainment.

    We brought my elderly mother for a celebration lunch and everyone on the staff was just so lovely to her. The food was incredible, the portions were generous, my husband said his steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned and he is very hard to please! We will definitely be back!

    My partner and I went for Valentine's Day. Our favorite dishes were the Yellowtail Ceviche and the Grilled Shrimp taco. Our server was very attentive even though it was a very packed and busy day. The manager of the restaurant even came to check on us halfway through the meal. Overall, it was a great meal and a great place for a nice date night!

    The Prime Ribis the best of the best in Baltimore. The food is incredible. The room is old-school and very elegant, including live piano and sax. We absolutely love Aaron and feel lucky when we get him. There is no one like him. He is so kind, so knowledgeable and just makes our whole experience perfect!!! Love, love The Prime Rib!
