To our skeptical delight they reopened under new ownership….one of the reasons we go there is we love the atmosphere, it’s magical and were apprehensive the new owners would have kept it even close to the same. WOW, we were beyond impressed!!! Not only did they keep the atmosphere but they GREATLY IMPROVED it all while keeping true to the what makes The Magic Lamp so special!! The food was amazing, the service impeccable, and they even had a singer (not too loud, just the right volume) by the wonderful indoor fire pit!! I would highly recommend going!! Anna was kind enough to show us the outside dinning area that is still in the works 🥰 to say it was FABULOUS would not do it justice!! Can’t wait to dine at The Magic Lamp again, soon!!! It was so crowded, I would have totally understood if the service or food was lacking... but to my surprise, everything was perfect! Service was amazing, food was just as wonderful as always. The restaurant was lively and festive. Once again, dining here was a great experience. Started out with cocktails and then moved onto some nice wine. Got some empanadas of the day, a huge spicy ground beef with loads of flavor. Moved onto entrees. they just started making a shrimp bugatini the my wife had and I had the pork chop, both were great but the al pastor sauce over the top was the best and the potatoes they served with it were outstanding.
