Il est impossible de parler de Printer's Alley sans mentionner le Rainbow Room, détenu et géré par l'une des véritables stars de Printer's Alley, David « Skull » Schulman. Juste avant l'ouverture, Skull avait été agressé par deux personnes et brutalement assassiné. Ses meurtriers avaient été capturés, mais la discothèque n'a jamais rouvert. Après une fermeture de presque deux décennies, le Rainbow Room a rouvert ses portes à son emplacement d'origine, dans l'historique Printer's Alley, sous le nom de Skull's Rainbow Room, en hommage au regretté David « Skull » Schulman. Dans le légendaire Skull's Rainbow Room, le menu d'origine est affiché au mur et le barman prépare d'une main experte une foule de cocktails post-Prohibition. Vous profiterez d'une cuisine américaine contemporaine et d'un service impeccable dans une atmosphère relaxante. Deux fois par nuit, vous assisterez à un spectacle burlesque chic et sobre.
