We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC. He then took his talents to Florida's Knife and Spoon, where he helped garner a coveted Michelin star. Chef Julian is passionate about sourcing hyperlocal ingredients & has a strong focus on sustainability. Our service team includes ten sommeliers and is proud to offer guests more than 700 wines by the bottle. We are a casually elegant wine bistro open Tues-Sat 5PM to 10PM. We have been to many steak houses and I will say this was one of the best steaks we have had. This was our annual family Christmas Eve dinner and we were pleasantly surprised at the food. Since this is more Italian, wasn't sure what the steaks would be like. Has the calamari, artichoke, lobster ravioli and clam chowder as an appetizer and all were awesome. Staff was attentive and very good. Highly recommend for dinner. Thank you all and Merry Christmas

We had a great family dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. We ate a bunch of their tapas/ share plates and each one was delicious. The food came out hot, it was beautifully plated/presented, and the flavours were fresh and balanced. Our server was prompt and polite, and also managed to give us space while still being present. Total pro. We will definitely return.
