Un chef européen très expérimenté et de formation classique combine les ingrédients biologiques locaux les plus frais provenant des meilleures fermes biologiques de la région de New York. Son bar du Chili, son flétan sauté et son homard poché au beurre sont hautement appréciés, tout comme ses succulentes soupes sans crème et ses raviolis faits maison.
