- VVanessaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined todayHad a fantastic Valentine’s Day at The Highlawn! The drinks were on point, the food was super tasty, and the whole place had this great romantic vibe with amazing décor. It was the perfect spot for a date night. We’re definitely going back again soon. I highly recommend it if you’re looking to make the day extra special!More infoThe HighlawnPrice: Expensive• American• West Orange•4.3

The server was very attentive and ensure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing.More infoMcLoone's BoathousePrice: Moderate• American• West Orange•4.5
- DDianaNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe ambiance was perfect -low lighting, balloons on the table, piano player in the background. We liked the price fix menu options. Only the scallops were disappointing-chewy and not sweet. The crab cake, beet salad, sea bass and desserts were all delicious . Lana, our server, was gracious and attentive. My old fashioned tastes great but I prefer the kind with one big ice cube.More infoChez JosephinePrice: Expensive• French• Theater District•4.5
- JJoyceNew Jersey •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoI had heard about Rails from numerous people who have always raved about it. So, I was very excited in anticipation. The restaurant is beautiful right alongside the Towaco Railroad Station. Plenty of help valet parking but a bit of a walk to get inside. The ambiance is nice with an extensive top notch wine list. But our waitress was not as knowledgeable about the menus that might have been a good opportunity for an upsell for our order. And it was kind of hard to get over that my guest’s lobster tail arrived raw. In sending it back when I asked the waitress about it she said oh! I didn’t talk to them, they’re very busy with it being the holiday. . . Not a very good first impression. Not even an apology. I would go back though. And I understand you can take a tour and go through the secret door to the bar in the cellar. The menu is a la carte which make it seem expensive, but the prices are actually quite reasonable.More infoRails SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Montville•4.7
