La cuisine ouverte primée prépare à la perfection le meilleur des steaks premier USDA, des fruits de mer 5 étoiles et de somptueux desserts. Le bar à service complet propose une grande carte des vins et des cocktails de saison. Dans chacun des coins de l'établissement, vous trouverez des références signature aux Yankees, comme le mur d'autographes de joueurs passés et présents, ou des plats en forme de losange de baseball marqués avec des numéros des Yankees à la retraite. Le steak signature consiste en un long faux-filet de 765 grammes qui commémore les 27 championnats du monde. Les horaires varient en fonction du calendrier des évènements du stade de baseball.
