Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Palace Station

We are huge fans of Next Level Chef and Hell’s Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay. We went in with high expectations and those expectations were met! All three of us ordered the three course tasting sampler. The Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had! The Beef Wellington was outstanding (we paid $20 more to get a 6oz portion) and the Demi sauce sooo good! Potato purée and root vegetables were accompaniments. Veggies were a tad undercooked but still good. The toffee sticky pudding was the dessert and was so rich and complex with many flavors! Our servers were cordial and attentive. Well trained and knowledgeable about the food. Next time in Vegas this will definitely be on our list of restaurants to visit again!

Our server was attentive but not intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and every course arrived at the perfect pace. Now, onto the food: it was flawless. The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy, while the sticky toffee pudding ended the meal on a high note. The attention to detail in every aspect, from plating to presentation, was outstanding. It’s clear the team here takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. No drama, no hiccups—just exceptional food and service. Hell’s Kitchen exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

Carson’s Kitchen, Las Vegas – A Must-Visit Culinary Gem! We had an incredible lunch experience at Carson’s Kitchen in Las Vegas. There were four of us, and we made a reservation for Friday lunch. While it wasn’t entirely necessary as we were the first ones there, it quickly became clear why reservations are a good idea—the dining room is intimate, and watching the open kitchen in action added a unique charm to the experience. We started with a few appetizers, and they set the tone for an unforgettable meal. The crispy chicken skins were a revelation, melting in your mouth with every bite. The bacon jam Havarti is a must-have—rich, flavorful, and unlike anything else we’ve tried. But the standout surprise? The hotdog burnt ends, which were shockingly delicious and an unexpected favorite. For our entrees, we each ordered something different but found ourselves wishing we had shared, given how generous and flavorful the appetizers were. The chicken thighs were tender and juicy, the pot roast dip was unanimously declared a table favorite, the steelhead trout had perfectly crispy skin that was pure perfection, and the short rib steak was rich and satisfying. Carson’s Kitchen nails the balance between approachable comfort food and elevated dining. The flavors were bold, the portions satisfying, and the atmosphere cozy yet vibrant. If you’re in Las Vegas, make this spot a priority—and definitely consider sharing so you can try as much of the menu as possible! We’ll absolutely be back.

OMG this place is INCREDIBLE!! I’ve been to Vegas easily 20 times and this is my first time there and I am so mad we never went before this! The food and the service are outstanding! We got in early enough for happy hour and also had dinner and I’m already excited to make another reservation when we come back in February. Thank you so much!
