Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Stadium District

A group of us stopped in for snacks and a cocktail before heading out to a show at the Commodore ballroom. It was absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend! We had beef sliders, California roll, chicken, lettuce, wraps… And of course, truffle fries.

This was out first night and (time) in Vancouver and enjoyed a wonderful dinning experience at HSCB! We were warmly greeted by the hostess Jessica. She seated us in the area between the bar and dining room that was the perfect setting. Our waiter TJ was incredibly hospitable. He guided us through the menu and we ended splitting“The Full Monty” dish for 3 of us. It was super yummy and more than food. Finished off with warm drinks and butter tarts. What a way to start our trip and Vancouver experience!

We went to WestOak to celebrate a birthday brunch on Family Day. Our waiter was excellent. He helped with our choices, telling us how things were cooked and taking our orders sans some ingredients. The portions were on the bigger size which was good for the hungry. We all had a different entree, Avocado Toast, Yaletown Breakfast, Steak & Eggs, Crispy Chicken Sandwich. All meals were rated a 10. We will definitely be back.
