Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Amazing meal! Fabulous atmosphere and good service. The ham and cheese croquettes were the best I’ve ever had, and the tagliatelle with pork ragu was outstanding. Great vibes all around, highly recommend!
