   Firefly is consistently one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay Area - and anywhere! The flavors are incredible, the service is stellar, and they’ve got a great drink selection. Firefly is a great option for a date, work dinner, friend dinner, and special occasions. And it’s also easy to find parking nearby - which isn’t the norm in SF.

   I hadn’t had meatloaf in ages and decided that a little comfort food sounded good. It was better than I could have imagined. Would highly recommend it.

   We had the meatloaf and the fried chicken entries, both of which were delicious. Friendly service!

   I've eaten at Firefly a number of times. Tonight was overall a disappointing experience which was surprising. We were seated promptly, ordered appetizers which came out in a reasonable time and then it slowly went downhill. Nearly an hour later after being seated, we received our entrees which were warm, not hot. We were hungry enough to not ask for them to be heated up. Our server was sweet, but had a lot of tables to cover. I do appreciate that he did bring out a complimentary scoop of ginger ice cream for my birthday when we declined getting a dessert. Because I've eaten at Firefly before and had remarkable meals, I'm going to back again. But if it was like this evening, that might end my continued dining there.

   Firefly is excellent with at least 2 -3 vegan entries on menu. The little pot of crispy sweet potatoes that was provided was very tasty. The wine list was good with a mix of CA, Italian, French wines, We tried a Portuguese white and it was great. There wine list is a bit pricey (maybe I am just cheap) Place was crowded even for a Thursday night. This is good sign. Make sure to make a reservation in advance for a table.

   We had a 10/10 kind of night at Firefly last night. Amazing staff, and welcoming and artful atmosphere, but the food was the star, start to finish. It’s rare these days to find such a delicious menu that is also so vegan-friendly. We were practically giddy about it and really appreciated it. And I don’t know what kind of witchy magic is happening in that kitchen, but the plant-based marscapone with the almond olive oil cake was next level. Thank you for a really special and delicious date night. P.S. I’ve been eating at Firefly since the late 90s and they are better than ever. Go see for yourself!

   As always our expeirnce at Firefly was exceptional. We love the rotating menu. Our wait person was terrific/

   I have a friend who needs to have gluten-free food. This place offered multiple gluten-free options. He actually had fried chicken and was so pleased. A great place for people with celiac.

   Wonderful food and great service. The menu always has more than one tasty creative vegetarian dish so everyone is happy. Nice non-alcoholic beer selection. We have been eating here for years and appreciate how the menu selection stays fresh but still keeps the favorites. The fried chicken and the seed bread are delicious.
