The Lower Lonsdale restaurant scene is in need of a seafood restaurant that utilizes the bounty of fresh seafood from our unique and celebrated West Coast. Fishworks restaurant will feature timeless classics as well as contemporary , modern cuisine.

Fishworks is alive with bustling energy, an environment which is both warm and welcoming with vaulted ceilings and careful attention to detail. The colors used in the design along with the simple but elegant decor present an atmosphere which is second to none. Shallaw has also made it a priority to ensure that original heritage design features have been kept and the result is a careful blend of ” old ” and ” new “. The end result is beautiful , well designed space which promises to be a landmark among North / West Vancouver restaurants. At Fishworks we strive to be the best at everything we do. Open Mother's Day May 8th, 2022 between 11:15 am-2:00 pm and 4:00 pm-9:00 pm.

A bit of a mix up at “check in” but once sorted out, everything was very good as usual , and as we have come to expect- staff are very helpful and pleasant

We sat at the bar even tho there were tables to be had because Tom is the best and makes the dining experience so much better. The food was incredible as usual and we left there feeling happy that our favourite place to eat has outdone itself again with a set menu and a desert buffet that made valentines night out 10/10.

Set menu and service was a bit transactional vs a curated experience. Food deserved some “fuss”… we could have been excited for each course…

The ONLY thing that was not great was the noise level of the room. It was difficult to to hear the person across the table from me.

This is the 6th time we have eaten here over the last 5 months and it never disappoints. the freshness of the Oysters in particular is brilliant!
