   Wonderful New Years meal dry-aged ribeye flemings potatoes and brussels sprouts with bacon. Accompanied by a bottle of Villa Antinori and finished with the Olive Cake. Our server was absolutely delightful.

   Over all it was very good. Reservation was at 3pm and we were seated at 3:20. After that the server his name is Carlos was great! Everything went the way it should be. Carlos was very professional and friendly at the same time.

   We had an excellent New Year’s Eve dinner. The food and drinks were delicious, but it was our server Alex that made the evening perfect!! Even though the restaurant was super busy he went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. My personal favs are the chicken (I know it’s a steak place, but their chicken is awesome) and the blueberry lemon drop martini.

   First time at Fleming's on 12/31/24, celebrating my son's 20th birthday. 3 people ordered medium well filet mignon. However, the meat was so raw my son couldn't eat it. My husband and I ate the meat regardless of how raw (completely uncooked on the inside) it was to avoid complaining, but my son was not happy with his meat, so I brought it to the waitress's attention. Instead of removing the charge ( at least for my son) from the bill, they offered dessert on the house. Upon receiving the bill, my drink was charged at $45 ( for a Moscow Mule). They fixed the error, but I am not sure how a drink can be charged so high unless it was manually added. Very noisy place, very loud. Ambiance

   We expected our New Year’s Eve experience to be a bit hectic, with servers attending to a packed restaurant. We were wrong; our dining experience was as wonderful as ever! My husband and I each had an Old-Fashioned and I also ordered a glass of wine. We ordered a Caesar salad, filet mignon, and Fleming’s potatoes. All were served hot and tasty, seasoned perfectly. Our main server was pleasant and came by frequently to check on us. Our dinner at Flemings was as outstanding as we’ve come to expect every time we visit.

   Waited for table 30 mins even with reservation, not a problem since we sat at the bar waiting , bar service was good . When sat at a table we ordered our food , steak was brought out and at that time we were told they didn’t have mashed potatoes potatoes which was a side we ordered , we were given the option of other sides and had to wait for that side while the steak sat, getting cold , at the table . When all was done I can say the food taste was exceptional, I didn’t expect this type of service from a well known steak house . First time experiencing this at Flemings and could have been due to the holidays and staff shortness .

    The wagyu steak was terrible, extremely overpriced, it was from the tip of the filet. They served it with “3” dipping sides, which was unusual. The matre’d that served us the wagyu, didn’t even know the dipping sides or anything about the steak. Again the steak was overpriced and was not even the filet part of the wagyu.
