   Our reservation was at 8:15pm but we had to wait over 30 minutes as our table was still occupied. They had to switch us to a different or we would had to wait an hour.

   Service was phenomenal as always and the filet was cooked to perfection. The Flemings potatoes and the Burrata With Prosciutto were excellent. Unfortunately, even after 2 attempts the angus ribeye was sub par. Need to stick with filets or the prime quality steaks.

   Wonderful food and service! 5 stars for both!! Decorated pretty for Christmas! However, if it wasn’t for Christmas decorations I don’t think it’s a very pretty/inviting atmosphere. Needs an update.

   Wonderful dinner as always. Split the Flemings salad very good. I hate to say I always get the same dinner besides the salad, I had the petite filet excellent, Brussels sprouts are charred with a balsamic reduction again great along with the Fleming potatoes.

   Ordered prime ribeye but seems like it was the usda. Also ordered kettle one for sub but seem like I got Tito’s instead. Not sure what happened this time but won’t be back for a while. Chocolate sufflette was the best of all

   The service was top notch. Our server was kind and funny and she knew the menu completely. The food was the weakest part of the experience sadly. My bone in ribeye was cooked medium-well and had no pink inside even though I ordered it medium-rare. The drinks were great, no issue there. The appetizers were solid but the calamari was cold, the burrata was awesome. The sides were good but the corn cake was far superior to the mac and cheese. The desserts were a big let down. The berries and chantilly cream had almost no cream. And the chocolate lava cake tasted off. I am not sure if it was old or if it just wasnt cooked long enough as it was a bit doughy and grainy. Overall it was a nice experience but not as good as the experience I had at Ruth Chris last week. It is hard to overcome an over-cooked steak that was so severely over-cooked. It is especially disappointing when the server recommends the bone-in ribeye and explains how Flemings truly knows how to cook and prepare steaks.

   My daughter has been in the hospital for a week and a half. My husband and I decided to take our other daughter out to destress from the overwhelming circumstances of having to spend so much time in the hospital, not having our family together, and all that goes along with that. My sister stayed in the hospital so that we could take time for a nice dinner out. What a sheer and utter disappointment. Flemings used to be a pretty consistent great meal and experience. That will be the last time we go there. Our food was dry and seemed like it had been sitting waiting to be served for quite some time. The wait was crazy for our food to come. We were so hungry we went through three servings of bread!! The food didn't come out as we had ordered and we were too tired to fuss about it. See attached photos of dried out cheese on top of our Fleming's potatoes--I didn't get a photo, but the Mac and cheese was even worse. I would skip Flemings if I were you and go to Gulfstream or Joey's. For a legit steak house alternative, I recommend Ruth's Chris. I have never ever had bad service or a bad meal there--quite the contrary.
