   Went for Valentine's dinner. Took the only available reservation at time of booking (9:45pm). The restaurant was nice, the table decor was cute. Was greeted and seated immediately at a table that had one seat was against a wall and the other towards another table. We asked a passing waitor if we could move to a booth, he said yes and took us to said booth and brought us water. Our waitress came after a few minutes. She was friendly but when asked about the Vday menu, she didn't have much knowledge of the meals offered. My husband ordered the double chicken dish. He said it was decent. I opted for the Vday surf and turf for 1. It sounded good but I was less than impressed. The scallop starter looked like 2 scallops sitting on top of raw beef. I believe the goal was color for Vday but it was poorly executed. It was risotto made with beets and horseradish vinegarette. I thought they brought me the wrong dish but that was my fault for not seeing it was not a traditional risotto. It was not very tasty. The waitress didn't know what it was when it was served either. She also thought I was served the wrong dish. I asked for regular scallops in lieu of the original menu item.. The entree was a filet mignon and roasted lobster with asparagus. When served the plate was very hot and everything was slightly over done like the whole plate had been roasted. The asparagus was so soft that it couldn't be cut or picked up with a fork. When trying to cut it into smaller pieces, it shredded into strings. I asked for the steak to be cooked medium/med-well.. It was pretty well done. I didn't bother eating it. The lobster was dry on top but the bottom was tender and still edible. We were given complimentary champagne. We never received refills on water which the glass sat empty for quite a while. I expected better for an establishment so highly rated. I'm assuming the lack was due to the time and that isn't a true representation of the restaurant.

   While the service was amazing as always, I had to send my steak back for being undercooked and my wife had to send hers back twice, we ordered medium and they came out rare/medium rare, but in Flemings fashion they corrected the problem and even gave us free dessert. We will be returning

   Requested a booth and didn’t get sat at a booth. Steak was overcooked which they attempted to fix but still wasn’t that great the second time. Server wasn’t very attentive, didn’t stop by the table very often. Drinks took a long time to come out.

   My steak was fantastic but my Wife’s steak was a less than stellar cut which was chewy and sent back. The redo steak for my Wife was great so they did make things right. I would recommend they do a little better job of QA of their individual cuts since we are talking $60+ price points. I have been to Flemmings numerous times and will be back since they always make things right and a great overall Customer experience.

   Excellent date night dinner. Excellent service. Christian rocked. Perfect steaks And side dishes. And for the dessert the apple pastry was so delish. But the surprise was excellent decaf coffee….this from someone who normally dislikes coffee but Fleming knows how to brew really really good coffee

    It was an excellent experience overall! First off - it was our first time at Flemings, but not our first high end experience as a family. The food and service were absolutely amazing and what I was hoping for in a celebratory family dinner at a lovely restaurant. The salmon, filet and ribeye were wonderful and the sides were as well that we ordered (lobster mac, lobster mashed taters and asparagus). They treated everybody well - from our 7 year old to our grandparents) and service was excellently paced and not rushed. We were celebrating our teenager’s excellent musical performance that evening and they even brought him a small box of truffles to take home with our desserts. Another tidbit - the bread came with a three cheese butter and champagne butter and it was amazing. A few things to improve/be aware of - a bread knife for the table would have been nice - noise was loud enough that it made it slightly difficult to converse beyond the person immediately to your left and right which is why I gave 4 stars for ambiance. We will definitely be back!
