   This was the worst experience we’ve had at Flemings. Starting with our server, he was not friendly at all and took forever to take our initial orders. The entire experience seemed forced and not inviting. It was extremely busy so this may have been the issue but our food was not good. Most of us ordered either steak or pork chops. The wedge salad was the best thing of the night. The lobster bisque was more like tomato soup and the French onion soup was just ok. The sides we ordered were Brussels sprouts, lobster mac, mashed potatoes, and Flemings potatoes. Our Brussel sprouts were overcooked, our Flemings potatoes came out completely burnt. We asked to send it back and they brought back the same potatoes but had flipped them upside down. The burnt side was now on the bottom. Unacceptable! The very expensive lobster mac was extremely watery with little to no lobster. The pork chops were cooked medium and not well done. The ribeye steaks were ordered medium well and were less than medium and completely flavorless. The manager was really nice but with this being some of my parties first experience, this was a total disappointment. Having been the one who has visited Flemings before and suggested this place to celebrate, I was extremely embarrassed and no one at the table expressed they’d go back. Flemings please get it together and make this the place you’ve been known to be. With the high price tag, no one can afford to waste money.

   Our steak was good. I tried new things and was not happy with the lobster bisque at all. It tasted like fake cheese sauce so bad. The food was overall ok. I’m not sure why it was not up to par. Where we were seated was terrible. My chair constantly had severs running into my chair. There was a constant wind flow because it was the table in the back where the servers walk out to serve everyone. Flemings should consider removing that table completely. We are a married couple and it felt like it was a business meeting. Wasn’t happy with the expense of the meal when the experience wasn’t great and the food was not the best.

   Great food, great service as always. This Tulsa location is one of our favorite Flemings to visit. They are consistently good, even on holidays when very busy.

   Enjoyed a nice dinner NYE as planned, except shortly after we sat down a couple was seated at a table near us with a dog. I don't have anything against dogs, but the dog smelled like he/she was wet. It was very busy so we didn't ask to be re-seated being we saw no open tables. Personally, I think that couple should have been seated near the exit, or somewhere that other patrons didn't have to smell a wet dog while enjoying a $200 bottle of wine. The food was very good, as usual, and the service was exceptional, as usual. We will know next time to ask if there are plans to sit a wet dog near us. I'm not willing to spend that kind of money for that type of experience again.

   hostess/manager broke glass on our table and when we requested a new tablecloth the server was rude after and gave our party of eight terrible service. We’ve been going to Fleming for years and i’ve even hosted private dinners there and have never had such terrible service.

   We were there for lunch at 2:30 on a Sunday. Not crowded. The service was very slow. The mushroom bisque was inedible. We waited for 2 hours and after multiple excuses we left. No one followed up from management even though they had our contact information. The quality and service is not what it used to be.

   We went there for a friend’s bday. We had a late reservation and even though it was near closing time the waitress and host never made us feel rushed! They were wonderful and even took a group photo and printed it out for us as a memory! It was an amazing evening.

   We went for a birthday celebration. The overall experience was beyond excellent service was attentive and very pleasant. The wine list was extensive and reasonable Food was all excellent quality and fresh, including the seafood tower. Overall, this was a great experience and great value for the money.

    Food was cooked to temp with good flavor. Waitress forgot our salad and soup and no attempts to reconcile.
