   Some things were excellent. Some things were disappointing. The staff, especially our server Erica, were amazing - friendly, professional & helpful. The Caesar salad was excellent. Sides of mushrooms and baked potato were well-executed. The Tomahawk Ribeye was indeed huge but the meat quality was definitely not “Prime.” In fact, it was dry, grisly & not even “Choice” grade. Although we ordered rare/medium, it came to the table red & barely cooked. We had to send it back to the kitchen twice. Desserts were tasty but the lava in the “Lava Cake” did not flow. We were late evening diners so perhaps that affected the food quality. Although economical, there are many other Las Vegas steakhouses to choose from!

   We’ve always seen Flemings cause we’re always at Town Square but never tried it before tonight. A family member decided to eat here for their birthday. Unfortunately, the night started off with bad traffic causing us to be 15 min late. I called ahead to let them know and the staff was very accommodating. That being said, the rodeo was also in town this week so the place was packed for a Tuesday night. The food took a long time to come out because of all this. We didn’t complain or anything because we understood the situation. However, after an hour it was kinda getting ridiculous. Our server (I wish I got her name) was super friendly throughout the whole ordeal and was apologetic about the situation. Our tomahawk steaks were cooked perfectly. However, we did have to send one of our family member’s steaks back because it was not cooked correctly. I was ready not to give this place another chance however our server saved the day with her customer service. Overall, would give this place 4/5 stars.

   Great experience as usual. Came for tomahawk Tuesday and wasn’t disappointed. This is a well run Fleming’s. Much better than the one in Scottsdale.

   Everything was excellent as always. Only thing is I would not order the crab legs again. All food was fantastic except the side of crab legs were dry and not very good. Otherwise great food and experience!

   Excellent service!! Crab cakes were tasty and not full of fillers, all crab. Filet cooked perfectly and flavorful. Flemings potatoes outstanding and cheesy. Mushrooms a bit overcooked. Ordered a bottle of French wine that was perfect with our meal.

   The whole experience was super disappointing. I understand that it was Thanksgiving and very busy but waiting for an hour with reservations for our table was not ok. One hostess after asking her a question gave me a bad answer. The food was good, and service was great but slow, asked for cocktail never got it. asked for a special side dish which was also late, I was almost finished with my dinner. We did wait for dessert, it was getting so late in the evening, so we just went home.

    Our first time dining out for thanksgiving night.. we come here on a regular day.. but last night nov 28, 2024 was not the best experience.. tthe reservations was unorganized.. our reservations was 7:15pm.. we checked in around 6:55.. we waited over an hour to be seated… 8:05 pm when we finally get seated. Then waited for 10 to 15 mins for the waitress to get our order.. then we waited for another hour fir our food.. we realized they will never serve as sooner until my husband talking to them why we have not have at least our salad and soup.. they didnt ecen serve us the ice tea my friend order… after my husband told them why we dont have our food yet. Then they brought us our main dish without our salad, soup and drinks… that was a terrible mistakes to eat in a restaurant for thanksgiving…our original food service necer showed up.. hopefully this wont happen in the next holidays..btw the lobster bisque was terrible and thick, it doesnt taste like a lobster bisque.. but the rib eye steak was good..
