Effective 3/18/20 - The health and safety of our guests and team members is our highest priority. As a result, we will be temporarily adjusting our operating hours and have updated our practices for everyone's safety.

Pizza pies and craft beer is what we handle best. Individual brick oven-style pizzas with wood-fired crusts made with All Trumps flour, San Marzano tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella and house-made toppings along with Italian-inspired appetizers, pasta dishes, Panini’s and salads. Flour & Barley also features barrel aged & handcrafted cocktails as well as an extensive beer program with seasonal beers on draft and wine on draft.

The restaurant also features a 1,200-square-foot patio opening to The LINQ’s entertainment district, and a to-go window serving fresh-made slices, making it well situated to serve guests of The LINQ’s various attractions.

The food never disappoints. It’s always a great time, but last night was such a disappointment. We were celebrating 4/6 birthdays. I mentioned a food allergy and the birthdays on the reservation. No one cared and our waiter was the absolute worst. She couldn’t care less about anything at all. And honestly- with the automatic tip included because we were a party of 6, of course she didn’t care. Didn’t pay attention or refill drinks. It was the worst. And I know writing this, no one will care or even reach out, it at least someone will read it.

Best gluten free pizza we have had anywhere. Beet salad was amazing and unique. Service was good and staff is very knowledgable on celiac/gluten allergy options.

There were 6 of us and we ordered shrimp scampi pizza, chicken Alfredo, flat iron steak, spaghetti and meatballs, New York pizza (added sausage) and Brussels sprouts. We also had wine, beer and assorted sodas. Here are the good things: Brussels sprouts are fantastic. The spaghetti and meatballs and shrimp scampi pizza are good. Here is the bad stuff: the chicken in the Alfredo was tough and had bones in it (what?), the steak wasn’t seasoned and had little flavor. The pizza had waaaay too much cheese. Also, the draft beer tasted liked soap and the house red wine was unavailable. As a final note the pistachio cake was without flavor and we asked for forks for all six for one piece but they brought 2. I also had an issue with the restroom because there were no paper towels. It was only 6pm and it was NYE so that is inexcusable. In their defense no bathroom in the whole Linq area had been cleaned or had toilet paper. Very disappointing.

Great meal & wonderful service. Especially enjoyed the pistachio sponge cake dessert.

Our service vince was good! The apps were good. The pizza was OK. Good location and good service. I would go back.
