Fontina Grille, in the King Farm, offers the best of the best when it comes to oven-fired pizzas, fresh fish, gourmet pastas, bountiful salads and sandwiches. The granite bar divides two dining areas. To the left, a full service carry out counter offering everything from pizza and pasta, to ribeye steak and Lavazza coffee and cappuccino. To the right, the casual but elegant dining area can seat about 125 people, with a back area for semi-private parties and corporate events. Fontina Grille also offers private and corporate catering, with a variety of options to suit any budget.

    Fontina Grille continues to be one of the great finds of Italian restaurants in Montgomery County. The food is fabulous. The owners personally make sure every table is having a good experience. It is not easy to find as it is hidden in the poorly designed King Farm business district, but is well worth the trip

    Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our table. The host was very kind and kept us updated. He also gave us two appetizers on the house, which we appreciated. The appetizers and entrees were great. Our server was friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend the food here, but just know it gets busy on weekends.

    The visit was pleasant and the food delicious. The restaurant atmosphere is comfortable but can be moderately noisy. Our waitress Ashley was pleasant, and attentive. The grilled salmon was cooked just right. The tiramisu was tasty and a good portion. I highly recommend Fontina Gille for your Italian food craving.

    It was my mother in laws 90th birthday so we took her to dinner. I put that in the reservation. We had to tell the waiter as he didn’t seem to be aware. He brought over a very small cannoli with a candle. Not very festive.

    Great food, but dinner was really rushed. We had a cocktail before dinner and the waiter didn’t even ask us if he wanted another drink with our entrée we were in and out in less than an hour. I guess that’s their business model. Maybe it keeps price as low, but a strange dinning experience for very good food and great value.

    Great food and service at reasonable prices. Have been going to Fontina for years and have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and very efficient with little turn over. A complement to the management.
